Do you only work with people in Coimbatore?
No — Karvio is a UK client. Everything after the first call happens over email, calls and a shared preview link, so location doesn’t matter.
What do you need from me to get started?
A call to talk through the business, and access to anything that already exists — logo, brand colours, existing copy, photos. If you don’t have those yet, that’s fine; we build them as part of the process.
What if I need changes after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of free fixes after handover. After that, small changes are billed hourly, or you can request a support retainer.
Do I own the site once it’s built?
Yes. Code, content and hosting access are yours. There’s no platform lock-in and no ongoing fee to me to keep the site running.
How involved do I need to be?
As much or as little as you want. Most clients review at three points — after the brief, after the design, and before launch — and otherwise leave it with me.
What platforms do you build on?
Depends on the project — hand-built HTML/CSS/JS, React, or Webflow, whichever fits what you actually need to maintain afterward. We agree this during the brief, not after.

I’m Luna Sri, a web designer and developer based in Coimbatore. I design and build every site myself — no handoffs between a design team and a dev team, no account manager relaying messages. What you brief is what gets built, by the person you briefed it to.
